Eric Torres presented the following key points to solution providers at August XChange 2023 in Nashville, TN: "It's been a wild year for us this year. Three acquisitions alone. We are growing like gangbusters and adding to the the tools that you guys use to make money. Our stack addresses the common challenges that a lot of you are facing. It's uncovering the new opportunities, adding to our sales and marketing and getting new customers. It's operating more maturely. And then we heard it from the panel today. The security that is at the forefront of everything that we do. Every solution and every service that we offer adheres to this basic framework. So the first challenge we're going to address today, battling the unscheduled downtime. Nobody likes downtime. The cumbersome warranty procurement process and the inefficient I.T. asset disposal all done through scale, pad services, marketplace Scale provides warranties for you guys. We do it at a fraction of the price that other providers are doing it for the OEM providers on a fraction of the price, the average scale pad partner is sitting on $1.2 million of revenue opportunity that we help you cover. Harbor refresh 1.1 million. That's the project work that's getting rid of the old stuff that's out there, the six year old seven year old, eight year old servers that your clients have. But the most important number, $172,000 in warranty opportunity on day one. $10 million was sold in warranties last year alone through scale, back over 10 million at a 63% margin. We're talking about quite a bit of money. But here's the kicker. That's only about 40% of scale pad partners. And I want to talk about the newest evolution of what we've done as far as warranty services, Workstation assurance. Workstation assurance is a complete replacement of that hardware. If we replace anything happens to it, we're going to replace it. Failed Accidental damage. Your customer spills a coffee in it. Our partners are replacing 125,000 workstations every single month. And let's look at the environmental impact of this. 2% of all the waste in landfills is it waste that represents 70% of all toxic waste. Through our services marketplace, we have introduced it acid disposal. We cover the shipping on it. You print out a label, you put it slap that device in a box and you sent to us. We provide you with this certificate of destruction that you can then give your customers. We have wiped it due to all the standards in place that says this needs to be wiped. It has to be wipe. We do all that dirty work for you. We automate that, we standardize that, provide you with an environmental responsible way of disposing of this equipment all so you can make more money on the back side of it, too. The challenge that is is prevalent today, more so than ever. Security, compliance. I hear it from from partners all the time that are saying, yeah, I'm working with government, I need to be CMC compliant. So I work with chiropractors and dental offices. I need to be HIPA compliant. How do I do that? What do I need to do? There's there steps to it. You get your own house in order, then you can help your customers do exactly that. We ran through it at scale open, so we found a company called Control Map. One of our new acquisitions this year and Control Map is exactly that automated control center for doing that end to end cybersecurity compliance. We ccso operations. We ran through it to get SOC to compliant and we were looking at it going while the MSSP community could really use this control map is a platform that is walk you through how to be 100% compliant for your customers and you yourself over 35 different frameworks across the globe mapped out 100 over 100 prebuilt compliance checks, integrates with the entire stack you're using already, pulling in information, data, documentation from what you and your customers are doing over 100 different compliance checks. 50 pre-built templates and documentation that this is a journey both you and your customers are going on being able to offer compliance as a service. That's the next wave of this and it's happening. It's taking place right now where we need to capitalize on. We need to protect ourselves, we need to protect our customers. We need to make money doing it. There's a framework. There's a way to do that all through ControlMap."
